The newest album of EKLEKTIK ENSEMBLE will premiere on the 11th of April. This will be the second edition of the original material produced by Wrocław’s artists. The album is a fruit of an extraordinary, artistic meeting which happened during the Punkt Eklektik Session Festival. Straight after the Wrocław opening of PUNKT EKLEKTIK SESSION Festival the renowned artists form Wrocław and Norway will set off on a joint concert tour reaching Poland’s biggest cities. Between the 9 th and 13 th of November Eklektik Ensemble and Nils Petter Molvaer Ensemble together with the curators of PUNKT Festival will be playing in Cracow, Rzeszów, Łódź, Gdansk and Warsaw. In the beggining of September the Eklektik Session crew returned form Kristiansand, where on the 6th of September Punkt Festival came to a close. We met up with people close to us and music. In June, the long-awaited album which compiles the music created during the first edition of PUNKT EKLEKTIK SESSION FESTIVAL is going to come into light. The album will include the studio recordings of EKLEKTIK ENSEMBLE, the PUNKT LIVE REMIX of LUTOSŁAWSKI’S QUARTET performed on the 08th March 2014 by Punkt founders and curators - Jan Bang, Erik Honoré and their close associate Arve Henriksen, and also the track entitled THE DEEP SERENE, an excerpt of Punkt quartet concert  featuring Arve Henriksen, Jan Bang, Ingar Zach and Stian Westerhus.

Erik Honoré has produced, recorded, mixed and remixed the music of many luminaries. He has also enjoyed an extensive collaboration with Davidem Sylvianem on several recordings live and has performed with many musicians, including a duet with Greta Aagre. That’s not all, folks! He is salso the author of three novels, published by Gyldendal, Norway’s largest publishing house. The books have not yet seen a translation, unfortunately, because the debut novel „Orakelveggen” has won the Norway Literary Prize. Zobacz więcej
